Community Support and Language Learning

Have you ever tried learning a new language? If your answer is yes, you then should realize the significance (ความสำคัญ / สาระสำคัญ) of support such as technology and media. But after awhile, you should realize that the crucial support is actually the support of the community of the language users. This would allow you as the learner to meaningfully interact with other members of the language users.

Types of Support

1. Traditional Online Support This type is still relevant.

2. Online Community Support This allows learners to interact with other members, including fellow learners.

3. Mobile Support Through smart phones, you can carry with you your personal tutor.

4. Real Community Support This an be costly, as you may have to live in that community for sometime.

5. Classroom-level structured interaction (Kaganist Approach)

6. Club support For example, the English club or Chinese club

ICT has made it easier and more convenient to render support.
