Dark Memories

Artist Statement: For this assignment I used my Canon Rebel T5 camera and set it up on a tripod. I put a timer on for 10 seconds and went and grabbed this picture I drew. I used it for this assignment because I thought it would look great to have a drawing against my white wall.

One thing I would change about this is when I was drawing this I was doing it quickly and wasn't taking my time so I wish I took my time and made sure that everything was blended together like it should be.

How I edited this was I went onto photoshop and clone stamped out my shoulders, the shadows, my hair on the left side, and my hair at the top. I also edited out this little bit of tape that was on the side of the drawing. I made sure that I took my time clone stamping this so it looked decent and a lot better than some of my other images. I also played with the lighting and made the drawing darker so it would stick out more against the white wall.
