Just A Bit Green

Artist Statement: For this assignment we had to snap a photo of food. I chose to go to a grocery store and to take a photo of all the bright fruit. I thought it would look a little better if there was an angle shot to it and not just a head on because you would probably never look at fruit at an angle like this if you were just shopping.

How I created this image was I went into my local Hannaford in Topsham and took this photo on my phone. I photoshopped some of the brown parts out but also left some there because not all fruit is perfect.

Something I would change is I really wanted to originally get the full on texture of something but I didn't fully know what would be good for a lot of texture, so I just chose to do something simple like this image.
