Artist Statement: For the assignment "Beautiful Oops" I had to make a drawing from ink drops and to try and fill in as much negative space as I possibly could or wanted too.

For this setting I wanted to make it a graffiti type thing. I got the idea from the ink drops how it has the little splatters from a paint can that's almost empty.

For materials I used graphite pencils and many different sharpies to create this drawing. I was going to leave it all pencil and add no color but add different shades of gray but graffiti is bright and colorful so I thought that I would add the color in.
