Film: Christmas Break

Artist Statement: This assignment "Christmas Break" was a fun assignment but I could not fully figure out what I wanted to take a photo of. I had a struggle with my camera over Christmas break and the film wouldn't go in correctly. When I got it to work, all i had was colored film, so i used it. But then when I processed it, I didn't have the patience so I used what I took and this is my photo. From now looking at this photo, I want to make it darker. I think it's to light.

This photo came out very weird, different, and kind of mysterious... If you look at the ornament, it has a 3D look. The lines stick out. Which I think is pretty cool, but I didn't mean for it to do that. I like how the ornament more towards the top is lighter because it makes the bottom and the lines stick out more.
