gelatin print

My subject I created was alien organs frozen in a ice cube. The shape of it is using the blank space from the print, to draw it I only used a color sharpies. I chose this to create because I thought about what the background looks like and what should I put in the ''ice cube''. I use color and balance, and I used sharp focus.

My artwork is informal balance, because I put my art focus in the middle and the background is dark and the drawing is bright. My project evolved by the plain drawing in to with some shadow and popping out. I change the lines with different colors.

The meaning of this is the humans are scare and didn't understand the aliens organs so they put in in a freezer so they don't need to worry about it. This project is just a sudden thought on my mind. I think my art could be stronger by making the background more complex.
