circle project

I named this project''holes''. The meaning of this art is to use circles in the work. The subject is about a a skeleton going thru a black circle and coming back with flesh but his head got caught in another circle so his skull came back, base on the teachers order, I drew a total of 8 circles in the art. I chose to create this specific work because I want to draw anything that I think of. For materials, I used Pencil to sketch, paint to paint the background and person. And sharpie to draw details.

I used a variety of techniques and methods including: balance and contrast. While creating this work, I paid close attention to to how to make the skeleton look real and the skull. So I grab a fake skeleton from the room and draw it while looking at it. I wanted my artwork to look like its interesting to look at.

To add interest to my composition, I used balance, color blocking... I like the way the red and black matches with the skeleton. However, I still don't like the art. I f I created another work like this would not make one with flesh, maybe with only skeleton.
