I chose this class because I love art and I love to be creative. This class was a great class this year. I have learned so many things about art that I won't normally learn by reading and researching on the internet. In class, everything was so fun to learn and to make. I'd enjoyed learning and making all these different types of art in this class, so fun, sometimes I don't even consider this as a class, more like my own free time making art and learning it like Im just messing around with different art materials and still make good artwork with the help of my art teacher, Ms.Medsker.

Sometimes, it was a struggle when it comes to not finishing an artwork on time and I had to make it all perfect and attractive, so all the choices I have is to bring it home or work on it after school. Sometimes Ive stayed in school for hours and as late as 7pm. Thats all good though, because I know I made my art stand out. And sometimes its a struggle when considering what material I would use to create an awesome artwork.

I don't really have any favorite artwork that I create, more like liking the idea and time I putted in but I always think that my art is not professional enough to even tell its good, might as well say all of it is my favorite. In techniques, Id very enjoyed print making, it is easy when you know the steps. I like it because I can design and spread out my creative ideas and print it on every thing to let people know. My plan within these few month is just to make some tees using my teachers guides and sell it to people...and to make some cash. It proves that I met the standards because I used my own design, I printed it by my self and I can use it outside of class.

Art relates to my life. All my life, when I was little, I've always been obsessed to the culture of hiphop/pop art and fashion. I like the way it looked, the color choices, the shapes and the idea behind it. Those works was just so cool. I then wanted to make art like that too. I've learned so many in this class, and things I now know that was how all my favorite artists use to create. Art class taught me a lot, and I wanted to keep going to this class and try to use art to make something out of myself.
