Procedure:
Heat oil in wok. Add vegetables; stir and cook quickly without browning. Add meat, stir fry for five minutes. Add garlic and ginger. Cook two or three minutes. Add chutney (and soy sauce) and thickening. Note: The chutney makes it sweet and sour and adds a tasty touch. Stir lightly and cook til thick. Serve over rice.
