Ingredients:
The peanut butter ball part:
1 one-pound box confectioner's sugar (3-1/4 c.)
1-1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter, soft (1/2 stick)
1 t. vanilla
Chocolate coating:
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/4 square paraffin
Procedure:
Mix the peanut butter balls' ingrediants. Chill, then form into balls the size of walnuts. Melt the chocolate and parafin over hot water. Keep over hot water while dipping the balls. leave a little of the peanut butter ball uncoated, so it looks like a buckeye.
Kids love these, as they taste like reese's. They are good even without the chocolate coating.
