Ingredients:
3/4 c plus 2 Tablespoons water
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2.5 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
(Use any toppings you like)
Procedure:
Place all the ingredients for the crust into the bread machine, in the order listed. Be sure to measure the flour by spooning it into the measuring cup, not packed. Use the dough setting on the bread machine. Ours has a dough setting. At the end of the cycle, place the dough in a floured bowl, dust the top with flour, cover with saran wrap, and put into frig until you are ready to bake it.
Stretch the dough out into a pizza shape on a pizza peel or pan. Add toppings. Bake in a preheated 475 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
