Deviled Eggs
Servings: depends on appetite
Ingredients:
- 6-8 eggs
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- salt
- etc.?
Procedure:
Cut the eggs in half and pop out the yellow part. Smash the yolks with a fork. Add a scoop (about 1/4 cup?) of mayonnaise and a squirt (1 tsp?) of mustard. Season with salt. Taste and correct. Also adjust the mayo for a good consistency. You can add other stuff if you like, like grated onion or onion salt, a dash of cayenne, etc. Fill up the whites and sprinkle with paprika for decoration.
