Servings: four
Ingredients:
1 lb flounder fillets
1 medium onion, chopped
3 T. butter
For the top
Mix together:
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. milk
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t Hungarian paprika
Procedure:
Saute the onion in the butter until soft. Spread in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Lay the flounder fillets on top of the onion. Then spread the sour cream mixture over avarything. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
