Ingredients:
16 ounce can chick peas
1 ½ tbsp. tahini
4-6 cloves garlic
Salt
Olive oil—at least 2 tbsp.
Juice of one lemon
Method: Put chick peas into food processor. Mince the garlic and mash it with some salt to bring out the flavor. Add the garlic and the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and whirl it up, adding a bit more olive oil or a little water if needed for consistency. Optional flavorings: hot paprika, dill weed, chives, basil, etc.
