Ingredients
6 cloves of garlic, smashed
1 Tbsp Pickling spice
2 nice sprigs fresh dill
brine made from 4 cups water and 1/4 cup kosher salt
8 nice small (Kirby?) cucumbers
How: Do not wash your ingredients! Place the garlic, pickling spice and dill in the bottom of a tall jar. Pack the cucumbers firmly on top (so they don't float to the surface while curing). Add the brine, covering the cukes. Let them ferment for about 2 days. Refrigerate and enjoy.
