Procedure:
Day before: Place chops and most of a bottle of the marinade in a zip lock bag. Mush it around right away, and occasionally while it is marinating. Leave in frig for about 24 hours.
Preheat a large heavy skillet on medium high heat. Add oil. Add chops and brown slightly on both sides, basting with marinade. Cover and simmer on low heat until tender---about 10 minutes on a side, depending on the thickness. Baste a few times with the leftover marinade. Remove chops to a heated platter.
For gravy: Wisk flour into juices in the pan and cook for one to two minutes to thicken. Add a little water if desired while it cooks to get the consistency you like. Pour over chops.
