Grate cabbage and carrots (a food processor works fine for this). Add enough coleslaw dressing to moisten. Keep refrigerated.
Easy Alternative: Buy the cabbage and carrot already shredded at the grocery store. Add our dressing if you like it, or buy a jar. :})
