Ingredients:
2 cans pork and beans
1 small onion, diced
1/4 c ketchup (natch Becky!)
2 Tbsp steak sauce
1 pkg smoke sausage
Procedure:
Mix all ingerdients except sausage in caserole dish. Slice sausage into rounds, stir 1/2 into beans, place other half on top. Cover and cook on 325 for one hour+. Uncover and cook for 15 minutes to thicken beans and brown sausage.
Note: I cut the rounds that go in the mixture into quarters. This is great on a cold day with warmed dinner rolls.
