Ingredients:
One 8 inch graham cracker crust
Filling:
1.5 pkg cream cheese (8 oz. each), softened
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
Procedure:
Start heating oven to 350°F. With electric mixer at high speed, or hand beater, beat cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Turn into crumb crust. Bake 35 minutes. Spread sour cream on top. Cool. Serve as is or top each wedge with sliced fresh or frozen strawberries or peach slices. I like cherry pie filling,made with sour cherries (or buy it already made in a can).
