Description of the Artifact:

This document is a form filled out by one of my cooperating teachers in the field. She graded me on environment, instruction, and professionalism, all of which I scored excellent.

Rationale:

It is extremely important to have rapport with students, families, and other education professionals as it shows your professionalism as a teacher. By having a good attitude, appropriate clothing, being responsible, and showing other teacher qualities, it shows a high level of professionalism which gives a good impression to everyone in the community.
