The teacher works with others to create environments that support individual and collaborative learning, and that encourage positive social interaction, active engagement in learning, and self-motivation.

Description of the Artifact:

This is a mock drawing of an elementary classroom created in my strategies class.

Rationale:

Having a structured classroom can help students to create routine and make classroom procedures smoother. By having particular areas in the classroom designated for certain tasks, students can manage procedures on their own.
