Description of the Artifact:
This document is a mock set of test scores, which were organized in a way to see who needed the most help.
Rationale:
By having documentation of records, such as test scores, teachers can see who needs help and how to group students. This can also help when writing an IEP for a student, as maintaining these records is essential to having an accurate view on the student's strengths and weaknesses.
