Description of the Artifact:
This is a letter that was sent home to the students in my field placement to give to their parents or guardians. It gives information about me, the education program, my philosophy, and goals.
Rationale:
This should encourage parents to communicate with me, as a teacher, the needs or suggestions to make the learning environment a productive space. In order to have a learning environment that encourages collaboration and positivity, the teachers must work with the parents to meet all students' needs.
