CA5510 CP Finite Math - Grades 11, 12

This course is designed to prepare students for college level mathematics, to develop the ability to reason with quantitative information in order to prepare for a career, and to develop critical thinking and quantitative reasoning skills needed to understand major issues in life. Topics include Applications of Linear Equations, Matrices, Linear Programming, Finance, Sets and Counting Techniques, Introductory Probability and Statistics, and Logic. A graphing calculator from the Ti83/Ti84 series is required for this course. Unit tests are taken in person in the high school library.
