110030 Engineering - Grades 10, 11, 12

In this course students will discover the meaning of engineering. This understanding will be developed through various engineering activities and design challenges. Students will have the opportunity to solve engineering problems that are based on multiple disciplines of engineering, for example mechanical, electrical, civil, and chemical topics. The software packages that will be utilized in this course will vary. This can include AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, OnShape, and others.  Students will also be introduced ot drafting and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) during this course.
