Look around; everything that does not occur naturally has been designed and produced by someone. Technology education is the study of the design process and the designed world. This is a fun, hands-on course that allows students to explore the various facets of technology to design and create some truly unique projects. As a result, students will develop a deeper and broader technological knowledge base that they can apply to the rest of their lives. Production activities will include the processing of wood, metal, and plastic as related to production technology. Engineering & Communication activities will be focused on photography, graphic design, and engineering. Students will also use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CNC software. Students will also use the CNC machine, laser engraver, 3D printer, and vinyl cutter. This class is fun for everyone; do not miss out!
