• The users should be testing the products, because the sample makes it appear that no user testing took place and only product testing took place. There should be pictures of tests. The only proof given is one picture of a wi-fi speed test, indicating only one test case, and there should be at least 3-4 test cases.

• The NBPS example should properly explain the possible improvements instead of merely just listening to them. The improvements should be accompanied by reason, possible user comments, and outside research in order to explain how the product can be improved and why it should be improved.

NBPS vs IBO

The IBO sample's Criteria D is better than the NBPS criteria D

• I give the NBPS criteria D a 2/9 while the IBO sample received a 7/9.
• The IBO sample addresses marketing specifications very well, while the NBPS sample does not address this section.
• The IBO sample was far more descriptive in terms of design specifications testing.
• The IBO sample provides proof of product testing with several test cases, while the NBPS sample did not provide any proof.
• The IBO sample explains many examples of possible improvements and includes visuals to illustrates these changes.
