Dear Eagle Families,

We begin our second quarter of school on Monday, October 30th, my how time flies when leading and learning together! We encourage you to take time to reflect on how much your child has already grown this year. Maybe they were tearful at the start of the year and now hop on the bus with a smile. Perhaps your child could write their name and now they are reading and writing sentences already. Students in math are excited to work with fractions and measuring objects using inches and feet. There is a lot of growth in many ways to celebrate and we still have 3/4 of the year left together! See below for guidance on how to access your child's report card to ensure they are on track to meet grade-level standards and how you can continue to partner with your child's teacher to support your child's success. 

We kicked off our annual PTO walk-a-thon, the SummerStride Eagle Quest! Be sure to ask your Eagle about ways they plan to support this fun fundraising event that will be held on Tuesday, November 21st. Envelopes and a flyer came home Monday with more insight into the exciting prizes students can earn as individuals and collectively as a school. We know your children are SO excited to be a part of this fun, school-wide event - you might have even heard about the Golden Eagle Egg being found around school!!  You can check out the incredible kick-off video here: https://bit.ly/3tMBt9m.  Envelopes can be turned in on Mondays to add to our building goal (and incentives:) and will be returned to students on Tuesdays to continue to fundraise until 11/20.

Parent Mental-Health Series

The Clermont County Educational Service Center (CCESC) is offering  a free series of mental-health webinars for parents in Clermont County. Parents can sign in to the webinars anonymously and take place on certain Mondays from 7-8 PM. Each session is facilitated by a licensed therapist with expertise in the topic area. The series continues on Monday, November 6 with a session entitled, "De-escalating Cycles of Conflict." For more information and the link to register for the webinar, check out this flyer.

PowerSchool Mobile App Update

PowerSchool recently changed the West Clermont District Code for the PowerSchool Mobile App.  The new District Code is PRMG to access your student’s information.  Mobile App users must log out of the app and update the District Code to PRMG.  If you need assistance with updating the District Code on the mobile app, complete the PowerSchool Parent Portal Support Form or call 513-943-5078.  Please allow 2 business days for a response.
