Many of you have been using Google Classroom for years, while others are just getting started. Either way, using Google Classroom as a way to manage digital assignments and communications in your in-person classroom is one thing. Turning Google Classroom into your virtual classroom during remote learning is a whole new (okay, mostly new) experience! If this is all brand new to you, you might want to take a look at this module first. When you're ready to get your Classroom organized, check out the resources below.

This video walks you through the process of setting up Google Classroom in a way that provides the structure and clarity students and teachers need for remote learning. If you’re familiar with Google Classroom, some parts of this will be review, but along the way he shares his thinking behind his organizational decisions in order to create the best remote learning environment, so it’s worth the watch.
This video covers most of the same topics as the one to the left, but is produced by a 4th grade teacher so it is definitely geared toward creating the best online learning environment for younger students.
