Before Listening to the Podcast
Some habits are helpful. Others, not so much. Grab a pen or pencil and some paper or open a digital sticky note and create a list of 3-5 things you do habitually (for example: drinking coffee). Put a star in front of one that you consider to be a “good habit”. Put an X in front of one that you consider to be a “bad habit”.

Review the list of habits you made earlier and look at the two you identified. Consider the following questions in light of what you heard in the podcast.
How does the “good” habit (or paradigm) help you to meet your goals?
How does the italicized “bad” habit (or paradigm) hold you back from accomplishing your goals?
What steps could you take to change this habit?
