Release Date: July 14, 2026
This hotfix addresses a Georgia assessment-entry blocker, restores flexibility for Postsecondary Education and Training entries, and includes several state-specific configuration updates for Georgia, Mississippi, and Ohio.
Postsecondary Education and Training Date Earned validation reverted (LA-22833) — A recent update added a validation rule requiring the Date Earned field on Postsecondary Education and Training records to fall within a student's Table 5 reportable period. This caused valid records to be rejected on both manual entry and import. That validation rule has been removed, restoring the ability to enter and import these records without the date restriction. All other related functionality — including Date MSG Completed, Date Earned and Credential Attained auto-populate, and MA-specific labeling — is unaffected.
CASAS STEPS Reading and Listening no longer blocked as a cross-instrument conflict (LA-22822) — CASAS Reading STEPS and CASAS Listening STEPS are modeled as two separate instrument records, which caused the system to incorrectly treat them as different, disallowed instruments rather than as subtests of the same test series. A student who already had one could not have the other added. Both can now be entered for the same student. The same fix applies to CASAS Reading and Math GOALS for future use.
Student Integration IDs Import now available (LA-22827) — Georgia agencies can now use the Student Integration IDs Import. It's available to Agency Read Only (Georgia SEA only), Agency Full Access, and Data Entry Clerk I, II, and III roles.
Local Workforce Development Area dropdown hidden in the Student area (LA-22831) — This dropdown, made visible in a previous release, is no longer shown in the Student area for Mississippi. It remains visible in the Class area.
SSN now required for DEW agencies (LA-22824) — Social Security Number is now a required field on student/enrollment records for Ohio DEW agencies. Other Ohio agencies and all other clients are unaffected — SSN remains optional for them.
