With the increase in scam/phishing emails we are looking to reduce the risk to the business and to the employee by implementing additional checks when changing Bank Details.
A change of bank details can only be made by the Payroll Executive when the “Change in Bank Details Form” is submitted by the employee.

1. Please complete the details on the form in full, certain fields are Mandatory (marked with an asterix) upon submission the details will be sent to the Payroll Team.
2. The relevant Payroll Executive for your Hotel will call the contact number provided on the form to verify the details submitted. They will ask 2 security questions using the details provided.
3. Once happy the Bank details will be changed on the Payroll system
