We have created various social media groups in order to support us as a company by creating a Reward & Recognition culture across all of our hotels. A place where we can all "like" and share, and also recognise each other's great achievements, ranging from colleague of the month, department of the month, to local awards achievements, and functional awards. All of this will support in our colleagues feeling valued and engaged on their pursuit to #outstanding
Always remember social media is a great tool that can be used for sharing and celebrating successes throughout the company. If you choose to use social media, please remember that at all times you are representing Kew Green Hotels, therefore you must not bring the company into disrepute as this could lead to disciplinary action.

We understand that you may not want to use your own social media for work purposes, that is why we suggest you create a work account instead e.g. Joebloggs@KGH. This way you can keep your work and personal life separate.
The employee board is here for you! Your voice and ideas can help influence key decisions throughout the company such as ideas on rewards and recognition, fundraising ideas for our sponsored charity or anything you feel will improve Kew Green as a whole.
How does it work? There is an appointed employee board member from each region who takes all the ideas raised to them, to their meetings with the Senior Leadership Team. It will then be decided if these ideas can be implemented and rolled out across the company.

Every year all our colleagues are asked to complete an employee survey. This allows our colleagues to confidentially rate their day to day experiences and express what is done well and what could be done better to help pursue Outstanding. Every hotel will be told in advance when the next employee survey will be conducted, so keep your eyes peeled and don't miss your opportunity to tell us what you think about working at your property and at Kew Green Hotels.
Our Heart of House provides you with easy access to key information that can be referred to quickly while at the Hotel. This includes the list of the Hotels first aiders, key policy information including Health and Safety, Hotel insurance information, employee of the quarter, upcoming birthdays, charity fundraising, general updates and much more.
