Employee Assistance Programme

As part of the Kew Green Family, you now have the benefit of immediate access to a confidential telephone counselling and legal information service that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The experienced, professional counsellors can help with a wide range of personal and work related problems at any time of the day or night. The counsellor will ensure you have time to talk through your concerns and feelings, and also help you to clarify the practical and emotional issues and provide information when appropriate.

No information on any calls will be fed back to the company unless there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.

Please be aware that that the EAP line will not take your call if you are driving, even if you are hands free! It is against their company policy, so please ensure you have stopped in a safe place if you are calling from your car!

myEPS

MyEPS is an App which has been designed for use on iPhone and Android. It is also accessible via a URL on a PC/laptop for anyone who doesn't have access to a smart phone. MyEPS enables you to have easy online access to important information like rotas; payslips; holiday entitlements; documents; and other interesting communications from the company.

You can now also clock in and out using the MyEPS app as well as update your personal details!
