Kew Green Hotels encourages applications from existing colleagues who wish to be considered for advertised vacancies within the Company. An Internal Vacancy Bulletin is compiled on a weekly basis by the Talent Resourcing Team, and communicated out to the management team each week. The bulletin will be displayed on Heart of House.
If you wish to apply for a vacancy, you should speak to your Line Manager, and discuss the new position you are interested in before submitting your application.
Kew Green Hotels recognises that training and development is an important component in the make up of the whole Company and the efficiency and profitability of the Company will be improved by having trained colleagues. Training may take the format of in-house courses, external courses, conference seminars and National Qualifications. Some courses may cost and therefore a training agreement may be used to help with the finance of qualification that is needed for a colleague to do their job more effectively.
