Criminal Convictions
It is a condition prior to employment under this Contract and of continued employment that you must declare any unspent criminal convictions, and if you have been convicted of any criminal offence during your employ it must be reported immediately to your line manager. If you declare a conviction that is unspent, or are later found to have an unspent conviction for which the nature of the offence is relevant to the job for which you are employed, the Company will review the individual circumstances of the case and may, at its discretion, review the continuation of your employment.
