Extended Leave
In discussion with your line manager, if you have five or more years' service you can request further time off if this is required for example to fulfil caring responsibilities or for undertaking a university or college course. The company recognises the importance of work-life balance and personal development but in turn, also recognises that staffing levels must remain at all times in line with the demands of the business. Approval for extended leave will be entirely at the company’s discretion. The company reserves the right to determine the length of this extended leave.
