1. Configuring Teacher Tutorials

The teacher tutorial module enables the super-admin to deliver tutorial contents to teachers to help them better understand how to use and navigate the teacher portal, activate their school community, manage their learners and earn points for their school. Tutorials can contain images, videos and text content across multiple slides.

Teacher tutorials are configured in the “Modules > Teacher Tutorials” section of the super-admin portal.

Teachers can view tutorials in the “My school > Tutorials” section of the teacher portal. Tutorials can also be configured to display the next time a teacher logs in to the teacher portal.

The teacher notifications module is used to create and send once-off notifications to teachers. Teacher notifications can contain images, videos and text content.

Teacher tutorials are configured in the “Modules > Teacher Notifications” section of the super-admin portal.

Teachers can view notifications in their notification inbox by clicking the 'bell' icon in the top toolbar of the teacher portal. Notifications cannot be configured to display the next time a teacher logs in to the teacher portal.

There are 2 main type of notifications

1. Message

   • Allows for configuration of any WYSIWYG contents

2. Photo/Video

   • Allows for configuration of media files (photos, videos, files, etc..) and title only

Filtering Teacher Notifications

When sending notifications to teachers, the super-admin can choose to apply filters to segment which teachers they would like to receive different notifications

Currently available filters:

• First name

• Last name

• Email

• Teacher Number of Reviews

• Teacher’s School Grade

• School rank

• Student rank

• School engaged students

• Student challenge number
