The final step in reviewing an estimate is to review the Final Pricing screen, and in partnership with the estimator and/or group manager or regional vice president (RVP), determine the final markup needed on the project. The amount of markup will depend on how much risk is associated with the project.
1. Select the Final Pricing tab.
2. Review the information on the screen and note any potential markups.
3. Scroll to the bottom to review any resolution errors at the bottom. These items are not in the bid.

Note: If there are specific items that need to be addressed, the estimator will often turn on an alarm for that particular item (often times these involve any outstanding quotes). When reviewing the Final Pricing screen, any alarms that are still on will be noted on this screen. Be sure to review and address these items with the estimator when you follow up with him or her regarding your review of the estimate.
