Requirements:
All Estimate(s), Contract(s), and Change Order(s) shall be housed in the appropriate "Project".
No duplication of Project Names and Numbers shall be used. (i.e. when searching the Project Schedule by Project Name or Number; only (1) project should be found).
The Project Name shall be descriptive, including the Client's Name. Additionally, Project Numbers need to begin with the user's initials (3 characters, all UPPER CASE), followed by the date the bid is due. (Example: XXX20290705)
When a project is awarded; the "Project" (and all associated estimate(s)), shall be moved to the [Project Management (Awarded Projects Only!)] folder; before Contract(s), and Change Order(s) are created.
