If the [Quote Pad] tab was used to generate a scope letter, the instructions below will explain the process of generating a scope letter report.
1. Complete this tab as you would in Microsoft Word.
2. Run the report.
a. Select Menu > Job > Print Report...
b. Select EST Scope Letter from the list of reports
c. Select OK.
d. Select the appropriate Bid Summary
e. Select OK.
Note:
Only one Bid Summary may be selected at a time.
Note:
Please be patient while the report is being generated. Report Center re-runs the entire project prior to generating the report.
f. The report will open in a "Preview" mode.
2. Saving a report.
Note:
It is recommended that the report is saved prior to printing to a local printer or emailing the document to a customer.
The report needs to be saved to a public drive. You are not able to save it to the desktop, as this is the Citrix server desktop.
a. Select the Export Document... icon from the ribbon.
b. Apply PDF Export Options, if needed.
c. Select OK
d. Select a location to save the document on a public Drive.
e. Select Save
3. Printing or emailing the report.
a. Locate the file in the saved location.
b. Double-click the file to open it.
c. Attach the file to an email using Microsoft Outlook on your local machine.
