Requirements:
Access to Salesforce. Please utilize the Estimating Resource Schedule for Salesforce Opportunity Numbers and the exact naming of the project. (The Naming convention for Salesforce, Estimating Resource Schedule, and Anywhere should match identically).
If an opportunity has been created in Salesforce; the Opportunity Name and Number shall be used.
The "Project Number" in Anywhere shall match the Salesforce Opportunity Number; including all leading zeroes. (Example: 00XXXXX)
No duplication of Salesforce [Project] names and numbers will be allowed. (i.e. when searching the Project Schedule by opportunity name or number; only (1) opportunity should be found).
All Estimate(s), Contract(s), and Change Order(s) shall be housed in the same "Project".
When a project is awarded; the "Project" (and all associated estimate(s)), shall be moved to the [Project Management (Awarded Projects Only!)] folder; before Contract(s), and Change Order(s) are created.
Awarded Projects shall have the "Project Number" updated to include the ViewPoint Job Number. (Example: 0001234_1234567)

If revisions need to be created, please add Rev. #1 or similar to the Estimate Name and a ".1", ".2", ".3", etc. to the Estimate Number - See the examples above.
