1. From the [RFP] tab, either right-click in the “white space” and select “Add” or select “Add” from the ribbon above.
2. Add a name and number for your change order
3. Click the “X” in the upper right corner to close the dialog box.
4. The RFP will be displayed below.
5. There are (2) options available for creating new PCO’s.
a. Option #1:
From the [PCO] tab, either right-click in the “white space” and select “Add” or select “Add” from the ribbon above.
Select the change order “RFP” from the drop-down list.
Select “Electrical” for the Industry
Check the “Copy Job” checkbox
Click the ellipsis on the Copy Job address bar
Navigate to the location of the PCO - Template

Do not check the Copy Closeout checkbox
Select OK
b. Option #2:
From the [PCO] tab, select the PCO template row number.
Either right-click and select “Copy” or select “Copy” from the ribbon above.
Either right-click and select “Add Cut/Copied Row(s)” or select “Add Cut/Copied Row(s)” from the ribbon above.
Select the change order “RFP” from the drop-down list.
Note: The template address bar will be pre-populated with the copied template.

Select OK
