1. Lines of audit trail can be copied and pasted. Anywhere uses a SQL database, and the functionality is slightly different than Windows programs.
2. To copy line(s) of takeoff, select the row number(s) and drag down to highlight the rows or select the “grey” square in the upper left corner of the audit trail “grid”, and select copy.
3. Right-click and select Add Cut/Copied Row(s)
4. Add Copied Takeoff Options:
Select Breakdowns to retain.
Select retain Specifications, Labor Factor options, and Invert Takeoff Quantity (if applicable).
Select the appropriate radio button regarding duplicate Job Items and Job Assemblies.
Note: It is recommended to select "Do not copy it, use the existing Job Item/Assembly/Designation". This option will prevent duplicate Job Items from being created.
Select "OK"
5. The line(s) of takeoff will resolve and be a duplicate of the original takeoff.
⚠️
Use caution when copying and “pasting” lines of takeoff with a Re-resolve lock. These lines of takeoff will be an exact duplicate of the original takeoff and cannot be modified unless the resolution lock is removed.
