To create a contract:
1. Expand the project schedule to the appropriate customer folder.
2. Single left-click the project from the left side of the project schedule.
3. Click the “+” sign next to the construction estimate to expand the bid summaries.
4. Select the bid summaries to be included in the contract.
5. Either right-click and select “Prepare for Hand-off” or select the “Prepare for Hand-off” icon on the ribbon above.
6. The selected bid summaries will now be shown with the associated bid amount.
