When reviewing an estimate, completing a construction estimate, or completing a change order, you may need to adjust the existing takeoff. You can modify the takeoff at any time by adding items, changing quantities, modifying the takeoff description, and/or reassigning takeoff breakdowns.

Note: Every keystroke is saved in Accubid Anywhere and there isn’t an “undo” button. Please use caution so as to not make changes to an original estimate.
On the Takeoff screen, the Database appears on the top right side of the screen and the lower right side displays the Audit Trail indicating what has been entered.
To perform quantity takeoff:
1. Check the Attributes – Automatics values for cuts, joints, hanger, ground wire, and junction box.
2. Utilize the takeoff task and associated specifications to locate the proper items and assemblies.
3. Open the item, and a Measure Takeoff box appears. Enter the desired count and/or length. When successfully entered, it appears as a new entry line on your audit trail.
4. The Audit Trail show the total material $'s and labor hours for the quantities in each line of entry. To view a summary of all items included in the estimate, refer to the Extension screen.
