The audit trail is a permanent record of takeoffs including any deletions that were made. When a takeoff is deleted, the contents of the takeoff are still available for viewing and can be quickly restored, if needed.
The audit trail can be filtered to display all takeoffs or only those takeoffs that match the currently selected job, drawing, area, phase, system, bid item, and/or labor factor.
Initially, the audit trail displays only those takeoffs that match the currently selected system breakdown (as indicated by a checkmark in the gold filter to the left of the Bid Item button). To filter by additional breakdown, click the check box beside the appropriate breakdown name.
The audit trail shows those takeoffs that match the current breakdowns checked.
For example, if you check the Gold filter beside Area, Phase, and System buttons, only those takeoffs assigned to the selected area, phase, and system breakdowns display.
Using the filter, control the items displayed in the Audit Trail. When a Labor Factor is included in the filter, it displays as in the grid.
