Calculating Material
and Labor Values

1. Material dollars and labor hours are automatically calculated after performing a takeoff or modifying an existing line of audit trail.  

2. To manually calculate the material $ and labor hours: 

a. Highlight the row(s) in the audit trail. 

b. Right-click and select Calculate Material and Labor Values. 

c. Recommended practice is to Highlight only 100 lines of audit trail at a time.  

d. Do not Highlight your entire audit trail and perform this function as it degrades the speed of the software for all users.
