Columns

Throughout Anywhere, grid columns can be filtered, added or removed, moved, and resized when on the Default layout or the user-specific layout. 

To filter a column:  

1. Hover over a column header.

2. Click the filter icon and select the filter criteria.   

To use Filter Builder: 

1. Right click a column header, and select Filter Builder.  

2. Change [Column] and Formula, as needed, and <enter a value> to filter data. Click OK. 

3. At the bottom of the list, click the checkbox to temporarily remove the filter or the click the "X" to remove the filter.

To add columns: 

1. Right-click a column header, select Add/Remove Columns

2. Double-click, or drag and drop the column to the appropriate place. 

To resize columns: 

• Hover over the line at the end of a column header. Once the arrows appear, click, move the pointer, and resize the column.

Additionally, individual columns or all columns can be expanded by right clicking a column header and selecting [Best Fit] or [Best Fit (All Columns)].
