Job assemblies [Basic]:
1. Go to the Database tab and select Job Assemblies from the dropdown menu.
2. Select Quick Assemblies. Right-click in the white space to the right and select Add. If there are already job assemblies in the list, select the last row and select "Insert Before" or "Insert After".
3. Enter the job assembly name and un-check the “Resolve Parts of Parts” checkbox.
4. Select “Add multiple parts…” from the ribbon above.
5. Expand the chevrons on the left side of the dialog box until you get to the exact folder that your item is located.
6. Continue to navigate the left side of the dialog box and double-click the items in the right panel until you have added all required items.
7. Close the Parts Selection dialog box by clicking the “X” in the upper right corner.
8. Items “salmon” in color indicate that there is additional information required. This information includes, size, gauge, color, etc.
9. Select the “+” sign on the left side of each item and complete the required field using the drop-down menu.
10. Many of the items may remain “salmon” in color. This is because there is still additional information needed.
11. Select a manufacturer for each item.
Note: Please select *Faith Standard* from the Manufacturer drop-down list (if available), unless a specific manufacturer is required. This is our Faith Standard.
12. Using the Qty Calculation column, populate a quantity.
13. Close the dialog box by clicking the "X" in the upper right-hand corner.
Note:
In this example, you will be prompted to answer a quantity when taking off this job assembly. Each item in the job assembly will be multiplied by this quantity.
